What time should I arrive?

Cocktail hour begins at 6:00 PM, and the formal celebration will kick off promptly at 6:45 PM. We kindly ask guests to plan ahead for parking or ride share drop-offs and arrive before 6:45 PM so you don’t miss a moment of the fun!

Where do I park?

Answer

There are 3 garages within blocks of the Lake Pavilion: 1. Banyan Street Garage (200 Banyan Blvd): The closest parking garage to Lake Pavilion located at Banyan Boulevard and Olive Avenue just one block north of Clematis Street. 2. Evernia Street Garage (333 Evernia Street): Located at Evernia Street and Olive Avenue just two blocks south of Clematis Street. 3. City Hall Garage (199 N Dixie Hwy): Located at Banyan Street and S. Dixie just one block north of Clematis Street. Weekend Rate: $5.00 Flat Rate (Credit Card Only on Entry) Getting dropped off? When you drive down South Clematis Street, the venue will be on your left. Before hitting North Flagler Drive, you may pull into the empty parking meter spots on the left and drop off/pick up. You may NOT stay parked here in these spots. No drop offs or stopping allowed on North Flagler Drive.

What do you recommend doing Saturday morning?

If you are looking for something fun to do the morning of the reception, the West Palm Beach GreenMarket takes place near our venue every Saturday from 8:30am - 1:30pm. Shop fresh produce, baked goods, coffee, teas, and unique local finds - plus enjoy live music and pet/people watching!

Can I walk to the venue from the Hyatt Place hotel?

Yes, its about a 10-12 minute walk to the Lake Pavilion from Hyatt Place.

Due to venue capacity limitations, all invited guests will be listed on the invitation.
