Wedding Ceremony & Reception

Women: Midi or floor length dresses and heels Men: Suit or Coat and tie

The wedding will start promptly at 4:00 PM. There is plenty of on-site parking for guests who would like to drive. Cars may be left overnight and picked up the following morning. Guests are also welcome to use local transportation options, including rideshare and Vail’s free bus system. If you’re staying in Vail Village, we recommend taking the West Vail Green bus from the Vail Transportation Center. It departs promptly at 3:20 PM and arrives at the Matterhorn stop around 3:30 PM—just a short, two-minute walk to Donovan Pavilion. All stops are by request, so don’t forget to pull the cord before Matterhorn!
