Pandas are back in DC! You can visit Bao Li and Qing Bao for free at the zoo with a short Metro ride on the Red Line to Woodley Park.
For those interested in the best nature walk in the DC area, head to Great Falls Park and stroll along the historic C&O canal while taking in views of the Potomac River. While the park spans Maryland and Virginia, the Maryland side is just a 20-minute drive from the hotels. At the park, we recommend turning left and walking south along the path for beautiful river overlooks.

Our favorite bagels (and #5 on the Washington Post’s regional ranking) can be found at a number of locations around the area. For something walking distance from the Canopy and Marriott, Call Your Mother Deli and Izes Bagels are also good options.
