Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by April 24, 2021.

Question

How are you handling COVID-19?

Answer

The safety of our guests remains essential amidst the ongoing situation with COVID-19. To help, we will be asking you to do your part in making sure our celebration is as safe as possible. In addition to wearing a mask at certain points throughout the evening, we will be requiring that everyone provide verification of one of the following: 1. Proof of vaccination 2. A negative COVID-19 test, completed within 72 hours of the wedding 3. Previous COVID-19 infection that may affect the results of a test (i.e., false positive) Please reach out to Kenzie Hicks prior to May 15 to help streamline the “check-in” process on the day of the wedding. Email: kenziesuzannehicks@gmail.com Phone: (469) 358-9386 Masks and hand sanitizer will be provided. We know this is a weird time, so please don't hesitate to reach out to us with any questions you may have. Thank you for understanding and we can’t wait to celebrate with you all - safely!

Question

What if I'm unable to provide one of the above options regarding COVID status?

Answer

If you're having trouble finding the appropriate resources, please reach out to us. Out of respect for us and the rest of our guests, we unfortunately won’t be able to spend the evening together if you’re unable to provide one of the above options. We will look forward to celebrating with you sometime (hopefully soon!) post-pandemic.

Question

What if I'm unable to attend (due to COVID-19 or other reasons)?

Answer

While we'll be doing our very best to accommodate everyone's comfort levels, we completely understand if you should choose not to attend. We also know there might be other things going on that might prevent you from attending. We will be setting up a live stream of the ceremony for anyone who’s unable to join.

Question

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin around 4:30pm. Guests may arrive around 4pm. We can't wait to see you!

Question

What time does the wedding end?

Answer

All guests will need to be off the property by 11pm. We will begin shuttle service at the end of the night to accommodate this and ask that anyone driving themselves be respectful of the venue's rules. Thanks!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We ask that the night be kept for those 21+.

Question

Will there be any transportation provided to and from the venue?

Answer

Absolutely! It's important to us that everyone have a great time without worrying about driving. We will be arranging shuttles to provide safe rides back and forth between designated pick up spots. Further details will be provided as we get closer to the wedding.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, parking is available at the venue. However, we ask that you arrange a ride to and from the venue if you plan to drink and won't be ride on one of the arranged shuttles.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We ask that everyone dress for Garden Attire, but we won't stop anyone from getting fancier if it's what their heart desires (although you might stand out in black tie)!
