Getting There
The wedding will take place at Olympic Valley Stables, just outside Tahoe City. The closest airport is Reno-Tahoe International (RNO), about a 1-hour drive. Other options include Sacramento (SMF) at 2 hours 15 minutes, and San Francisco (SFO) or San Jose (SJC) at around 3.5 hours. Renting a car is recommended, as public transportation in the area is limited.
Where to Stay
Lodging is available nearby in Olympic Valley, Tahoe City (15 minutes away), and Truckee (25 minutes away). There are also plenty of Airbnb and Vrbo rentals, which are great for groups or longer stays. We recommend booking early, especially for the weekend.
Transportation and Parking
Free parking is available at the venue. Guests are welcome to leave cars overnight and return the next morning to pick them up by 9:00AM.
