If you are looking for a shuttle option from SFO or OAK airports, Evans Transportation/California Wine Tours provides this service. You can board their shuttle outside domestic baggage claim. The shuttle runs every 2 hours, and stops at their station in Napa, where a smaller van can be taken to Silverado Resort and Spa. The estimated travel time is 1 hour and 45 minutes, and no reservation is needed. The cost is $60 per person and is cash only.
