Listen, we completely understand there is a lot of unknown to this situation. We hope that you will do what is best for you and not what you think we want--we just want a happy night. The event might not be until September 4th but we need your RSVP by July 15th. If you're not comfortable at this time, we will miss you, but we understand and will celebrate with you in the future!
This is not something we are able to control, there will also be many children who are not able to be vaccinated. The event is outdoors, and there is plenty of space to spread out to make yourself comfortable. This has been a wild year, and we want you to do what is best for you. If you think you'll be uncomfortable, no hard feelings, stay home and stay safe!
This is an ever evolving situation. At this time we hope to not require masks, at least not at all times (maybe just when getting food?) Bring one! Keep checking in here for answers to this evolving situation! If you think this event is too much for your comfort level, we completely understand and want you to do what is best for you.
It'll be September in New England, it might be 50 it might be 80. If you're thinking swimming is something you want to do, feel free to come prepared. no lifeguard will be on duty. Must be comfortable with the fact that you'll be wet for the night. (remember it is an outdoor only event!)
Wear what you are comfortable in! It is a wedding (so look a bit nice?), but we really just want to eat BBQ and have a good tine with you! Aliza and Adam will be in their wedding finery, so don't fear that you'll be over dressed in that outfit you haven't gotten a chance to wear because of covid. If you're on the other end of the specturm and want to be wearing shorts and sandals that can be easily slipped off so you can dip your feet in the lake--you absolutely should.
