We met in a college Spanish course! Our very first date, Adam took me to a restaurant called Safe House where we entered an alley 👀 (nail biting moment because what is this bald, white guy up to! 😅😂😩). Anyway, when we entered, we had to do a silly duck dance because we didn't know the secret password to get in. It was by far the best restaurant in Milwaukee I've ever been to. From the food, to my very first legal drink 🤣, and conversation, I knew this ride with Adam would be an amazing one. After that night, we went on more dates and dated for all of three months before we discovered we fell in love with one another. It was a ship that neither one of us wanted to get off and from the moment on, we literally became one. Over the course of 12 years, we moved in together, peeled back each others layers (good and bad), traveled a tons, supported one another's dreams, bought a puppy (Nahla), stayed in love, and the rest is history.
