We met each other online, on a website called Match.com. He messaged me first. Through his profile I found we share same interests: movies, anime, games, etc. We started message each other more and then decided to meet in person.

We had trouble figuring out each other's location by phone and it took us a long time to get to each other. The first choice of date night restaurant had moved to a different location and it was far away so we had to find a new place. We ended up going to a sushi bar near the ASU Tempe Campus, later on I found out he thought the sushi wasn't really good.

He has been very supportive and cheerful which helped me a lot. He was there for me when I graduated from ASU and started my new job at Horizon Animal Hospital. He was there for me when I was going through my naturalization process and became an U.S. citizen. He was there for me when I went back to school to complete my veterinary technician degree and became a proud certified veterinary technician. He was there for me when I was injured and had to go through surgeries, hospitalizations, and physical therapy. He is always there for me. I am very blessed to have him by my side.

I was his only friend when he moved here (Arizona) from California. I did my best to help him through his college emotionally and spiritually. I am always a part of his family gathering. I am always positive about things to cheer him up. I am his work out buddy. I didn't do much but I will continue to be his sunshine.

I spent a night over at his house. The next day was Christmas Day. I just got up and went to sit down in the living room. He walked up to me and set down next to me. He then stood up, kneeled down in front of me with a ring in his hand, "Will you marry me?" I stared at him for a few seconds, then I said "Are you serious?". He did not move, still knelt down, suddenly tears just started running down my face. "Yes!", I said. He got up and pulled me into his arms. I still couldn't stop crying, for a few minutes. We were both in our pajamas, not really a picture perfect moment, I felt I was the happiest person in the world and he felt the same too.
