What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 PM, so we kindly ask that you arrive from 5:00 - 5:15pm at the latest. Thank you!

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors. The reception will be held indoors.

What's the weather typically like?

Answer

Please plan for mild Chicago Spring weather and bring an extra layer. Expected high: 52 degrees Expected low: 35 degrees

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We are not planning an unplugged ceremony and we look forward to seeing photos & videos taken from our guests' POV. If posting on social media, use the hashtag #MeetTheMontgomerys We'll create a shared album in Apple Photos after the event.

Cocktail Hour 6-7pm Dinner 7-8:30pm Party Time 8:30pm-11:30pm

Is there a dress code?

Formal cocktail / Black Tie Optional Spring-inspired attire encouraged – think florals, light pastels, etc.

What does "formal cocktail attire" mean?

Answer

For Women: Knee-length, tea-length, or midi dresses. A sophisticated jumpsuit or tailored pantsuit with dressy separates. For Men: A suit paired with a dress shirt and tie.

Will there be a cash bar or open bar?

Open bar! Tips for the bartender are appreciated.

Yes! There is ample free parking on-site.

To keep our celebration intimate, we are limiting our guest list to close family and friends. Each invite is for the addressed individual(s) only. Please contact Adam or Michelle with any questions regarding your party size.
