We are asking our guests to dress in formal attire. This means long dresses and suits. It is on NYE, so please feel free to wear sparkles, glitter, sequins, etc.
YES! I know it can kind of look misleading being in the strip district, but there is PLENTY of parking. Across the street from our venue is The Terminal which has ample paid parking behind the building that is used for events. There is also street parking, but is not gaurenteed.
ABSOLUTELY! We have rented a shuttle service to get you to and from the hotel and venue safely. Pittsburgh also does ride shares such as Uber & Lyft that will be available throughout the night.
YES! We want our guests to be able to ring in the new year with us, so we have The Art Room rented out until past midnight! Last call will be at 12:45 AM. However, our shuttle will start picking people up at 10:30 PM for those who are needing a little extra Zzz's.
We LOVE our younger family members & friends, but because New Years Eve is typically a drinking holiday, and we will be located in a city that celebrates NYE pretty heavily our wedding is 21+ (with the exception of siblings). This is the best way to ensure all our guests are able to have fun and safe.
Yes! Our venue is a one stop shop with ceremony, dinner, & reception all happening in one place!
We are asking guests to arrive around 6:30pm and to be seated no later than 7:00pm. If you are staying at our hotel block, we will have a shuttle to pick you up at 5:15pm and 6:20pm. If you take those shuttles you should arrive on time for the ceremony. If you are driving please give yourself time to get through the city. It is First Night, therefore there might be road closures or traffic on your route.
The Ceremony will start promptly at 7:00PM. Because this is an evening wedding, we need to stay on schedule to ensure we can get through everything in time for the reception. Because of this, we have decided to start the ceremony at 7 pm, no matter what. That being said, please make sure you give yourself enough time to get the The Art Room on time. The doors will be locked during the ceremony, at which point you will have to wait till the cocktail hour to be let in!
