FAQs

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Please check the RSVP page by searching for you or your party's name to see if a plus one has been included. As much as we'd love to celebrate with everyone, we have limited space due to our large extended families. We appreciate your understanding and we can't wait to celebrate with you!

Question

What's the best way to RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP online through our RSVP page. We kindly ask that you respond by May 15, 2026, so we can finalize our plans and ensure we have a spot saved just for you. We’d be so sad to miss celebrating with you!

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

While we did not reserve a hotel block for the weekend, there are many wonderful lodging options nearby. We highly recommend Hill Country Resort, located just two miles from the venue, for its convenience and beautiful setting. Additionally, there are plenty of Airbnb and VRBO options in the surrounding area, perfect for families or groups who want to stay together. We hope you find accommodations that make your stay comfortable and enjoyable as we celebrate together!

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We invite our guests to wear their Sunday best to celebrate with us! For ladies, sundresses or long, flowy dresses are perfect. For gentlemen, suits are encouraged. Think polished, elegant, and comfortable!

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend arriving 15 minutes before the ceremony to get settled. Since the ceremony begins at 5:30 PM, arriving at the preserve around 5:15 PM is ideal. Please plan ahead for traffic or rush hour, especially if you’re coming from out of town, to ensure you have plenty of time to park and find your seat.

Question

Where will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place?

Answer

All of the wedding events will be held at The Preserve at Canyon Lake. The ceremony and reception will take place indoors, while the cocktail hour will be held on the outdoor patio—perfect for enjoying the beautiful views before the celebration continues inside.

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that all phones and cameras be put away until after we’ve said “I do.” We’ve hired an incredibly talented photographer to capture every special moment of the ceremony, and we’ll quickly upload those photos to our wedding website for you to view and share. This way, our friends and family can be fully present with us, soaking in the moment and celebrating together without distractions.

Question

Who should I contact if I have additional questions?

Answer

If you have any questions, please reach out to our maid of honor, Tyler Mullins, at (210) 548-0726. We kindly ask that all communication go through her, as she understands our wishes and can help keep everything organized and consistent. This ensures clear communication and allows the bride and groom to stay focused on enjoying the wedding planning process and the big day itself.
