If you let Martin tell it… the first time we met, he almost dunked on me 🙄 crazy right? Like ME 😂💗 Martin is from Tallahassee, Florida and is a Marine Corps Veteran. Daeze is from Baltimore, Maryland and is also a first generation Nigerian-American. We share the same favorite color in purple, adventure and health & wellness. We challenge each other to be the best versions of ourselves, each & every day! Anyways, we met playing basketball randomly one day, and I’m pretty sure Daeze’s team won 🏆 . We connected over shared interests and the ways in which we’d like to continue growing as individuals. We dated for 2.5 years doing long distance! (Sheesh) Daeze lived in New England and Martin in Virginia. It was time to bring the party together under one roof 💗 Daeze moved to Virginia - and so began the next chapter of their story! August 5, 2023 our lives changed forever 💍 WE GOT ENGAGED! 🥹😍 so much joy, happiness, and gratitude filled us as we entered into our next phase of life together. Fast forward, May 2024 - we bought our first home together 🏠💗 && now, March 22nd, 2025 - we tie the knot in Nigeria!
