7 years ago a mutual friend of ours was taken to the emergency room. Adaer wanted to contact someone to let them know what happened and came across Taundra's number, labeled in the mutual friends phone as "Lil Sis". After that event we continued to talk for a few weeks and eventually started dating.

On New years eve of 2020 we decided that we wanted to ring in the new year by renting a hotel room for the weekend and wanted to do something special. Little did Taundra know there was more to the night than she knew about. After checking into the room we went to Applebee's with our family and friend, then went back to the hotel and swam. After that we were getting ready to go watch the fireworks and Adaer and Kaylee ( Taundra's cousin) kept saying how we should dress up nice so we can get pictures taken while the new year is rung in. Taundra being stubborn as always, decided that being warm was better than looking nice so she dressed up in sweatpants and a sweatshirt. When we got to the fireworks display we sat there and watched the fireworks and Kaylee was trying to get Adaer to get Taundra out of the truck to have pictures taken. Finally after getting her out of the truck they proceeded to take the pictures and Adaer got down on one knee. Taundra wasnt paying attention to Adaer as he was trying to propose so Kaylee had to get her to look over and Taundra finally realized what was going on and said YES so we started the 2021 year Getting engaged.
