Saturday Welcome Dinner

4:45 pm - 8:30 pm

Casual Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees.

Weddings keep the bride and groom busy, come spend a night with Ada and Brett playing games, enjoying the food and drink provided, and getting to know the rest of the attendees! If you're staying at the hotel block, this is a quick 5 minute drive away and there's plenty of parking.

Our Wedding

4:00 pm - 11:45 pm

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.

Please join us at 4pm to enjoy the quartet music and get settled in. The ceremony will start right at 4:30pm. There will be transportation leaving the Hampton Inn hotel at 3:30pm to take you to the wedding, and it will return to the hotel at 10:30pm AND at midnight. If you drive yourself to the venue, there is plenty of free parking and you can leave your car overnight until 11am if you carpool or uber home. Helpful directions for those driving to the venue: "Proceed to the second left down the driveway, where you will see a blue sign reading ‘Woodland Glasshaus: Event Parking + Venue Entrance.’ Guests may park in the designated white-highlighted area. Handicap-accessible parking is available in the lot, along with a temporary unloading zone for elderly guests - marked by the pink dot. The main paved path leading to the venue entrance can be accessed from the parking lot. A helpful tip while navigating the property is to follow all of the blue directional signage!”
