FAQs

Question

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please send in your RSVP cards (or use the website) by May 31st!

Question

When should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan on arriving at Saratoga Springs by 5:30, it will take a few minutes to walk from parking to the ceremony site. We'll get started a little after 5:30.

Question

What time does the reception end?

Answer

We need to be wrapped up by 10:00pm. If you're using a rideshare app to get home, please make sure to pre-arrange a ride to pick you up before 10:00pm.

Question

What's the parking situation?

Answer

Saratoga Springs has ample parking and will be providing parking attendants during the wedding and reception.

Question

What about using rideshares?

Answer

While Saratoga Springs is an absolutely stunning and wonderful place to get married, it has terrible cellphone reception. If you are planning on using a ride share app to catch a ride home please make sure you book the pick up before you get to the site. Both Lyft and Uber allow you to pre-arrange rides.

Question

What's the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire is requested. Basically a little dressy, but not REALLY dressy. For men suits, slacks with a nice shirt. Tie and jacket optional. For women, skirts, dresses, pantsuits, you name it. Heels optional (because, dancing!) The venue is outdoors so please make sure to check the weather and bring a sweater, wrap, or jacket in case it gets cool after the sun goes down.

Question

Food and drinks

Answer

We will be serving a mix of vegetarian and carnivore friendly food. Appetizers will be passed after the ceremony and full dinner will be provided along with wine, beer, water, and an assortment of non-alcoholic beverages.

Question

Can I take photos of your wedding?

Answer

We've hired an absolutely stunning photographer (https://inlovenessphotography.com) to document our wedding. We ask that everyone get a chance to be present during the ceremony and not taking pictures. After that, feel free to take as many pictures as you like!
