As much as would love to include everyone on our special weekend, with limitations on headcount and the travel, we encourage all kiddos (outside of wedding party) to stay at home and parents double this trip as a weekend away!

If you find a better room rate, please reach out to Lars or Katelyn. 1) Visit https://event.destinationweddings.com/dw/site/main/attend-a-wedding.asp 2) Enter bride or groom’s last name and the passcode is “11/07/2026” (without quotations) 3) You will then be directed to enter your email and create your own password to re- enter the site 4) You will be redirected to the ATTEND PAGE for the Acton/Garverick wedding 5) Once on the attend page, read through the whole page and then go down to the PINK banner to select number of nights from the pull down box - click on the number of nights you want to stay – this step will also give you a calendar to select your arrival date. 6) Select the category of room you want and put a dot in the one by the number of people in the room – at this point you can go back and select a different number of nights to compare costs for 3-14 nights. 7) Start filling out the reservation form (be sure to use your legal name that is on your passport) and put a check in the insurance box for the cancel for any reason insurance (this is in a large pink box) 8) You generally will be able to find the best airfare on your own 9) Fill out the legal names of all additional travelers in the same room and if they want insurance 10) Enter any comments in that section if there is something special you need or need more information about something. 11) Submit room reservation 12) You will then be redirected to the encrypted credit card form to fill out – just remember that WITHOUT this information you do NOT have a room reservation. Nothing is charged to your card immediately as we must process the payment manually and will send you a written confirmation.
Great question! We will have a full resort buyout at The Beachfront by The Fives. This is where all events for the weekend will take place. This boutique resort is reserved only for our wedding guests. The Fives Beach Hotel & Residence is right next door. This is available if additional rooms are needed. When you stay at either resort, you have full access to all food/beverage at both sites for the duration of your stay.
