Ken: Our journey began at MIT, where we first crossed paths at a track and field practice. Michelle was already a part of the team, while I was trying to join the team as a "walk-on" after a short stint on the crew team. What started as a friendship, built on shared moments and connections, slowly grew into something deeper. It wasn’t until the next school year, with a little nudge from our friends, that we both recognized the spark between us and realized this was something worth exploring.

Michelle: Ken proposed at the Palace of Fine Arts while I was visiting San Francisco from Dallas. We spent the day exploring different parts of the city that held special meaning for us. When we reached the Palace of Fine Arts, it felt like the perfect place to make a memory, as it reminded us of our first date at the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston back in 2017. It was a beautiful way to bring our past full circle and step into our future together.
