Flying to Detroit
Guests who are flying in should fly into DTW (Detroit Metropolitan Airport) in Romulus, MI. DTW is a Delta hub, so there are many direct flights with Delta. The airport has ample car rental options, ride sharing (Uber/Lyft), and taxis to get to downtown, which is about 30 min drive from the airport.

Shinola Hotel
Shinola Hotel is a small boutique hotel located at Woodward and Grand River in downtown Detroit. We have a small room block for the bridal party, however others can reserve a room directly through the Shinola Hotel website (link below). Please note that the rooms only have one bed in them. If you’d like a rollaway twin-sized bed, you must book a room that is at least 500 sq ft, such as the Cass King. You should also call and let them know in advance that you’d like a rollaway bed, so they can ensure you get a room without stairs. More affordable options are available at the below hotels. Getting around Detroit:
Ride Sharing: If guests want to explore the city, Uber and Lyft are the easiest way for both short and longer rides. QLine and People Mover: Detroit has two public transportation options, they will take you to some tourist attractions, but their utility is limited. Scooters: They are everywhere and fun way to explore. Just ride with caution. By car: For guests who want to drive or rent a car, there is parking available downtown and valet available at the Shinola Hotel.
