Engagement~12.26.24
Our fates were intertwined before we even met. I don't know how it's possible to fall in love with someone you haven't met yet, but our story has never liked the word impossible. Before we met Sean always told me that he was going to fast track our relationship, marriage, house, kids, the whole shebang because he knew he was going to be with me forever. I had my doubts that he could do all of that in a short period of time until our kids finally brought us together. Ana and Thomas couldn't wait to have Sean be a part of the family. Whether they were photobombing our Snapchats or singing "Here Comes the Bride" on video chat, they couldn't help but want Sean around. They starting dropping "L-Bombs" to "Shonny" before we ever did. After talking for a year or two, I finally decided to take a leap of faith and go meet him. When I pulled up to his Mom's house, I saw a house that was lit up with the phrase "Jesus Blesses" on the garage next door (One of the thousands of confirmations we've had about our relationship). I got out of the car, only to be surprised by a woman running at me with open arms to greet me. I thought to myself "Oh, No. I knew it. He was too perfect, he had to be a catfish." She gets to me and hugs me tight, almost as if she had known that we were going to be family. And then I saw him. Tall, Handsome, and definately not a catfish. I let out a sigh of relief as I heard him say "Mom! I was supposed to get the first hug in!". He ran over hugged me, picked me up and swung me around and around. He just felt like home, and we've been inseparable ever since. Our first date lasted 3 days and we've only ever had to spend 2 weeks total apart. After that, my mom kidnapped him and we have never had to be without eachother again. Since then, we've grown and thrived. Together we've built up our careers, our home, our family, our memories and just so much love in our life. Those 2 weeks were all the time apart from eachother that we've ever needed, and it's all we ever will need. From our first kiss, till our last breath...till death do us part.
