Question

Can I really wear anything?

Answer

Yes! Seriously, wear what makes you happy. A tux, a Bills jersey, a ballgown - everything is welcome. Please be aware that it may be muddy, and the majority of the reception will be held outdoors. Please dress for the weather. We will also be playing games and having a bonfire, so feel free to bring something to snuggle up with at night!

Question

Where should I park?

Answer

We will need to play a bit of Tetris in order to fit all of the vehicles that will be coming to the site. Please be aware while parking of others needing to leave before you. In the event we run out of parking, there will be other parking spots right down the road.

Question

What should I bring?

Answer

Please bring a camp chair for around the campfire!

Question

Where can I stay?

Answer

If you would prefer not to drive back and forth on the evening of the wedding, there is block of reserved rooms at the Seneca Allegheny Casino available for purchase at a first come, first serve basis for $179 per night. You can also book a cabin as little as 24 hours in advance at ReserveAmerica.com. Search Allegheny State Park, NY. The closest cabins are the Weller, Barton, Ranger, Pinetree and Diehl Cabins starting at $50 per night.

Question

What are we eating?

Answer

This will be an I DO BBQ! On the menu is BBQ Quartered Chicken, Brisket, Cheddar Jalapeño Sausages and sides. If you have any dietary restrictions, please be sure to write a note on the digital RSVP.

Question

Will there be cell service?

Answer

Maybe. There is definitely service down the road at the top of the hill, but it may cut out as you approach the group camp. Please ensure your directions are saved into your phone just in case. We are looking into some satellite options in case of emergency.

Question

What will we be doing after we eat?

Answer

There will be music playing as we play field games, sit around the bonfire, roast marshmallows, search for critters and enjoy a cold beer. It’s group camp and we will be doing what you do at group camp!
