Although our wedding is outside, it is still a formal event. This being said, be sure to wear sensible shoes since we can't guarantee the ground won't be wet and or muddy. Flat shoes, chunkier heels, or dressy boots/booties are recommended for the women and dress shoes or dress boots are recommended for the guys. Along with a good shoes, we also recommend that everyone brings a jacket, shawl, or wrap. It tends to be a bit cooler in the mountains this time of year so it most likely will get chilly in the evening. We will have indoor places to stay warm but bathrooms are a short walk away and we have outdoor activities planned later in the evening. If you have any further questions, feel free to contact Katie or Josh.
If you are planning on lodging with us, keep in mind this is a summer camp. The cabins are nice but it's different than a hotel room. Due to the nature of the cabins you may be bunking with others and privacy will be limited to the bathroom or bathhouse. In addition to that, most of the cabins are heat free. This will very much be like tent camping, except in a cabin. Each cabin does have electricity and all the bathrooms and bathhouses have running water. With that being said, space heaters are not allowed in the cabins that don't have their own heater. If camping is something you enjoy and you would like to lodge with us on site, keep reading to find out what you should bring to be sure you have an enjoyable experience. If you have any further questions please don't hesitate to contact Katie or Josh.

Small bluetooth speakers are allowed as long as they stay at a reasonable volume level.
Normally at this venue they do not allow smoking on the grounds, but due to the nature of a wedding they have allowed us to have a designated smoking area for our guests. If you choose to smoke, we just ask that you please use the designated smoking area and please do not leave your cigarette butts anywhere other than the designated disposal device. Please keep in mind that this is a children's summer camp during the summer.
