2018-1-21: G & C met for the first time when the Vikings lost to G's brother-in-law's Eagles in the NFC Championship Game. The consolation? New love and renewed hope.

2019-1-27: G&C, having explored the lush, verdant Pacific Central Coast, would become engaged soon after in Palos Verdes. (w/ our loyal companion Corgi, Juno!)

2019-3-21: G&C, fulfilling a life-long fantasy of journeying to the fabled village of Hobbiton in Matamata, New Zealand.
