The doors will be open and guests allowed to enter the space thirty minutes prior to the ceremony and we ask that you arrive no less than fifteen minutes before the start time.
The ceremony and reception both are being held in the pavilions at the Quartz Mountain Lodge and are indoor. There is an outdoor deck that looks out over the lake. October in Oklahoma can be unpredictable. We recommend checking the weather prior to wedding and bringing a light jacket at the very least. If it looks to be cool we will have outdoor heaters for the deck. While we do not expect ballgowns and tuxedos, this is the perfect chance to get a little dressed up! We would like to see our guests in semi-formal or dressy casual. Wedding colors are jewel tones such as deep deal, magenta, emerald, rust as well as blush pink.

While we love children and especially the children of our friends and family, we ask that if your child(ren) is not listed on the invitation, please take this as a night for yourselves and leave them with a babysitter. We appreciate our loved ones being able to adhere to this request as we have limited space in this venue.
The best kind! Trust us when we say that this will be a fabulous meal, catered by our dear friend Keisha with Elysium Acres. We will have a vegetarian option. Any other diet restrictions or allergies, please let us know and we will make sure to have that taken care of! Due to the venue we are limited to the alcohol options. There will be a cash bar with various mixed drinks, beer, and wine available so we recommend bringing cash if you wish to partake.
Yes! We have a large block reserved at Quartz Mountain Lodge. Please use the booking code 1243 when reserving your room. Hotel information is under the "Travel" tab.
During our ceremony we ask that pictures only be taken by our photographer. During the reception, please do! During family pictures after the ceremony, only the photographer is permitted to take photographs.
Take a look at the "Things To Do" tab for some recommendations! We would love for you to explore Quartz Mountain and the surrounding areas! There is so much to do!
