What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00. Shuttles will be leaving from both hotels with the first shuttle leaving at 3:15 and the last shuttle leaving at 3:45.

Can I bring a date?

No, unless identified on your invitation!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

No, as much as we love your kiddos, we kindly ask that you do not bring your children and enjoy the night out!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

We have room blocks at the Courtyard Marriott & Residence Inn Marriott

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, there will be shuttle service to the ceremony and following the reception back to each hotel.

Absolutely! Please let us know so we can accommodate your needs!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! The parking lot is private to our event and will have security at the gate for the duration of the night including reception. Please note, if you park your car overnight in the venue parking lot, the gate does not open until 11:00am on November 9th.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

We will be having a farewell breakfast from 8:00am-10:00am at the Courtyard Marriott in Collegeville/Valley Forge! We would love to see you there to wrap up the wedding weekend!

Will the ceremony be outside?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony will be outside-weather permitting. Please dress warm! We will be moving the ceremony inside if the weather is not cooperating.
