What time should guests arrive?

Answer

Guests should arrive before 3:00pm. We are getting married on top of a hill. In order to get to our ceremony site, you will take a wagon ride. To ensure all guests arrive at the site by our starting time, we ask that you arrive at Jeffers Hill Farm no later than 3:00pm.

Are the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Answer

Yes! Jeffers Hill Farm spans 450 acres. The barn at the bottom of the property will be where our reception and cocktail hour are, and our ceremony will be up the hill. We will have wagon rides to the ceremony site and back to the barn!

Where do I park?

Answer

Parking attendants will be present to ensure a smooth parking experience. Parking is on-site right next to the barn. We promise you won't miss it!

Will I have internet service?

Answer

There is a 99% chance that you will not have cell service or internet access at our venue. Please take this as an opportunity to detach from the world and celebrate with us fully. We encourage you to put directions into your GPS before coming to the venue! If you need help with directions or reaching family, our wedding coordinators can help you link to Wi-Fi.

What is the dress code?

Our dress code is formal, dress to impress! Katie overthinks what she wears to every event, so instead of stressing, please just text her if you have questions!

Is there an open bar?

Answer

We will have two specialty drinks at cocktail hour and the remaining at the reception. Other than our specialty drinks, we will have a cash bar.

Can I bring alcohol to the wedding?

Answer

No, per NH licensing laws, if any alcohol is on-site at our ceremony or reception, it MUST be provided by our vendor, or they will have to leave. Also, our wedding coordinators are dear friends, and it is extremely important to us that we follow and respect their rules.

How do I RSVP?

Answer

When formal invitations are sent out, there will be a link to RSVP. The link will allow you to RSVP for all members of your party.
