Ideal Charter

The shuttle will make two trips from hotel at 3:00 pm & 3:30 pm to get our guests to Mary & John’s in time for the ceremony! The shuttle will then periodically make trips back and forth from the hotel to the reception throughout the evening. The shuttle’s final trip from Mary & John’s to Comfort Suites will depart the reception at 10:30 pm.

Whether you are visiting from out of town or planning on partaking in celebratory libations, we trust you will make responsible decisions! ***Please note that check-in time at Comfort Suites isn’t until 3:00 pm. There will be a shuttle to leave the hotel by 3:30 to get guests to the ceremony on time!*** (The block rate has now closed, but it might be worth calling to see if your room can be added to the block!)

Metra's MD-W will take you into Elgin, where you can get a quick Uber or Lyft ride to the wedding or hotel!
