Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! We would love our guests to dress up with us in semi-formal or cocktail attire. For Ladies: We encourage the choice of semi-formal or cocktail dresses, jumpsuits, suits, or stylish separates. For inspiration, please refer to the mood board provided above. For Gentlemen: Opt for a dress shirt, dress pants, blazer, and dress shoes. While a tie or bowtie isn't mandatory, feel free to include it into your look.

When should i RSVP by?

Answer

To help us with our planning, we ask that you kindly RSVP by 16 March. If we don't recieve your RSVP by the date specified, we cannot make any exceptions and will have to mark you as 'not attending'. Your timely response is greatly appreciated, and we sincerely hope for your understanding.

Can i bring a guest/date/kids?

Answer

Regrettably, we are unable to accommodate additional guests beyond those formally invited on your wedding invitation. To confirm the details of invited guests, please refer to the invitation you have received or visit our guest list page on our website.

What time should i arrive at the venue?

Answer

We kindly request guests to arrive within the 3:00 pm to 3:15 pm timeframe to ensure a timely and smooth seating process. The ceremony is scheduled to commence at 3:30 pm, and arriving promptly within this window will greatly contribute to an organised and uninterrupted experience. In the event of an arrival outside of the 3:00 pm to 3:15 pm window, guests may be asked to wait until the ceremony concludes to minimise any potential disruptions.

Travel to the venue

Answer

There are 15 car spaces available at the venue, and priority will be given to immediate family and parents with young babies. If you fall into either of these categories, kindly reach out to us via text, social media, or email (wa.boycenorman@gmail.com) at your earliest convenience to reserve a car spot. Considering the limited parking, we've arranged for a bus service from the city (Regatta Place Parking) to the venue and back. The bus will be ready for pick-up at 2:00 pm and will leave no later than 2:20 pm. For the return journey, the bus will depart from the farm at 10:00 pm and arrive in the city at 10:40 pm. From there, kindly organise an Uber, taxi, or designated driver to ensure a safe journey home. If you plan to use the courtesy bus as your ride to and from the venue, please let us know when you RSVP. If you choose not to take the bus or plan on leaving the venue before 10 pm, please make arrangements to pre-book a designated driver, taxi, or Uber for your drop-off and pick-up. Ensuring your safe and comfortable journey home is our top priority.

Wedding Gifts

Answer

In lieu of traditional gifts, a monetary gift would be deeply appreciated. Your generosity will contribute towards our honeymoon and help establish our new home. A wishing well box will be placed on a table in the reception area for your convenience. Please only give what you are comfortable and able to afford. Your thoughtfulness means the world to us but most of all the most cherished gift for us is having your presence on our special day.
