The ceremony will be held at the far end of the park, closest to SUNY Oswego. Parking is available near the playground, a short walk behind the ceremony location. There is a larger parking lot located near the bell tower and harbor. Both are accessible from Lake Street. Seating will be available! Please refrain from blocking off the turn-around (Breitbeck Lane).
