Answer

We recommend planning your trip from Thursday, April 30, 2026, to Sunday, May 3, 2026. Festivities will begin Thursday evening, with the main celebration taking place on Saturday, May 2. Booking these dates will ensure you’re part of the full wedding weekend experience!

Answer

The starting price for all-inclusive accommodations for two adults is approximately $2,700 for a 3-night, 4-day stay. This includes all meals, premium drinks, entertainment, and more. We completely understand that a destination wedding can be a big commitment, and we truly don’t want anyone to feel pressured. While we’d love to celebrate with you, please don’t feel bad if you’re unable to attend — we’ll be having a celebration back home as well and would love for you to join us then!

Yes, with the Layaway & Playaway program, you can choose to pay the total amount of your Luxury Included® vacation in 3- to 24-month installments when you make a booking online, through the call center, or at Loyalty & Travel desk on resort.

Yes! Whether you stay at Sandals Royal Caribbean or Sandals Montego Bay, you’ll have full access to both resorts through Sandals’ “Stay at One, Play at Both” program. This includes all restaurants, bars, beaches, pools, and amenities at each property. Complimentary shuttles run regularly between the two resorts, making it easy and convenient to enjoy the best of both worlds.

Yes, there is a 3-night minimum stay. Please plan to arrive on April 30th and stay until May 3rd.

Answer

You’re not required to stay at Sandals to attend the wedding. However, a day pass will be needed for each day you plan to enter the resort for wedding events. Day passes can be up to $180/per day. Please contact Zara or Sandals Royal Caribbean for more information on day passes. Please let us know in advance if you choose not to stay at Sandals and make other accommodations.

Yes! We encourage everyone to bring a plus one. All room rates at Sandals are based on double occupancy. Sandals has limited single occupancy rooms. You will need to reach out to Zara, our coordinator, for more information on single occupancy rooms.

Sangster International Airport is 5 mins away from the resort.

Answer

Check-in is at 3:00PM. If you arrive prior to check-in, our helpful staff will safely secure your luggage and inform you when your room is ready. While waiting, you can freely enjoy the property's amenities, as your all-inclusive vacation has already begun! Check-out is at 11:00AM, so if your flight departs later, you can easily secure your luggage with us and still enjoy the amenities, like grabbing a bite to eat or sitting by the sea while you wait.

Please note that all reservations must currently be made directly through Sandals Resorts. Sandals accepts American Express and all major credit cards for payment.

We understand not everyone will be able to travel for the wedding. We will host a party in Atlanta for friends and family who cannot make the wedding. Party details to come.

When is the RSVP deadline for the wedding weekend?When is the RSVP deadline for the wedding weekend?

Answer

We kindly ask everyone to RSVP by January 2nd, 2026. If we haven't heard your response by then, we'll assume you're unable to attend and will not include you in the final guest count.
