Will the ceremony and reception take place at the same location?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at Southwind Plantation; however, there is approximately a 12-minute drive between the two areas on the property. Check out "The Venue" page on our website to see pictures of the two sites.

What time should guests arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time. We ask that you arrive 20 minutes early to allow time for parking and seating.

Is there parking available?

Answer

Yes, free parking is available on-site. Parking attendants will be present at both the ceremony and reception locations to help direct and assist guests.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will take place outdoors. The reception will be held on a covered patio with cooling fans to keep guests comfortable. Restrooms will be located indoors, and guests are welcome to step inside for a quick break if needed.
