What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress code is formal attire - think garden party formal. Ladies can wear floor-length, tea-length, or midi formal dresses. Gentlemen can wear suits.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests who have been formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Where is the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will be held at Cathedral Basilica of the Sacred Heart at 89 Ridge Street in Newark, NJ 07104.

Where can I park my car?

For the Ceremony: There is a parking lot for the Cathedral and street parking along Ridge Street For the Reception: Please pull up to the front of the venue for valet parking

What time should you arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 10:00 AM, so we kindly request that you arrive 30 minutes early to assure you don't miss anything. This will also give you time to park and admire the beautiful Branch Brook Park during it's peak Cherry Blossom Season! If you arrive when the ceremony has started, please use the side aisles to make your way to the front pews. Thank you!

Where is the reception?

Answer

Following the ceremony, the reception will be held at Nanina’s in the Park located at 540 Mill St, Belleville, NJ 07109. Cocktail hour starts at 11:30 AM, giving everyone enough time to freshen up and take pictures at the Cherry Blossom Park.

What type of food will be served at the reception?

Answer

We will be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a sit-down dinner with a choice of entree.

Will there be an open bar?
