Come as you are! Just remember we'll be right on the sand for the ceremony

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP by Jan. 4th, 2025. Please RSVP on this website or by text 859-893-8003. Due to limited seating and guest counts required by the venue a RSVP not received by this date cannot be accommodated. We apologize for any inconvenience! By letting us know you are coming allows us to also ensure your parking is paid for at the pavilion/beach access parking lot.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 6:00pm. Please arrive 30 minutes prior (5:30) to park and find a seat.

Are we allowed to take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We will be having an unplugged ceremony. We ask that phones are put away during the ceremony. We have hired an amazing photographer and Videographer to capture our day for us. We will be more than happy to share these photos and videos with you once we receive them.

What if it rains?

Answer

We have reserved the covered pavilion as well. In the event of rain, the ceremony will be held under the pavilion.

Where is the reception?

Answer

We have reserved the pavilion for a beachside reception. We will have dinner under the pavilion.
