Alcohol consumption beyond toasting and cocktail hour must be discreet. Heavy drinking is not permitted via Loch Leven reservation rules. Smoking is allowed within designated paved areas; all doors near those areas to remain closed when not in use. There may be fireplace smoke exposure when natural logs will be burned after dark.
Yes, there are two parking areas both in front of and behind Campbell Lodge and neighboring Ross House. We will have people to help direct all car traffic along the narrow roads. The site director advises there be only 50 cars as to not block emergency access. Carpooling is encouraged.
Bunk beds and Queen bunks available in dorms and semi-private rooms with mattresses. Overnight guests must provide their own blankets, pillows, sleeping bags, or other bed linens of their choosing. Electricity is provided for those who want to bring electric fans. There are eight bathrooms including hot showers. When all the overnight RSVPs are responded to OR by July 19th will we be able to answer this question with specifics. Please be assured that age and energy level will be taken into account when we coordinate sleeping arrangements. We will have an entire dorm dedicated for the kids/teenagers!
