What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the ceremony begins. This will allow ample time for parking and finding your seat so you can settle in and be fully present for the ceremony.

Is everything at the same location?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony and reception are right next to each other and connected by a breezeway.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We’re going for dressy attire! Ladies, please wear dresses. Florals, patterns, or classic neutrals are all perfect, and we kindly ask that you avoid wearing white. Gentlemen, dress shirts with slacks are ideal, and jackets and ties are optional. Think elegant and polished, but not formal.

Are heels okay?

Answer

Absolutely! The venue is flat, walkable, and ADA accessible, with paved pathways throughout.

Will the wedding be indoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will take place indoors.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests attend with only the individuals listed on their invitation.

Where are you registered?

Answer

We are registered at Crate & Barrel, Amazon, Pottery Barn/Williams Sonoma, and Target. Visit our Registry tab for links purchase gifts directly from the stores’ websites. Thank you so much for celebrating with us!

Where will gifts be shipped?

Answer

Shipping details are handled at checkout. You may send gifts directly to us or have them delivered to your home. Our address is already synced with each registry, so you don’t need to worry about entering it manually.

Is there a honeymoon fund?

Answer

We’re so excited to celebrate with you! Your presence at our wedding is truly the greatest gift. If you’d like to give, we'll happily accept gifts at the wedding, or you can contribute to our honeymoon fund via Venmo: @Olivia-Flint-1

Is there parking available?

Answer

The venue has 100 parking spaces, so finding a spot shouldn’t be an issue. We encourage carpooling when possible, and the venue is Lyft/Uber friendly if you’d like to be dropped off. *** The venue requires all vehicles to be off property by 11 p.m. ***

Answer

Yes, here are some nearby hotels: Hampton Inn Spring Hill (931) 451-2111; Holiday Inn Express Spring Hill (615) 645-1970; Residence Inn Franklin (615) 716-1810; Hampton Inn Franklin (615) 599-3700; Holiday Inn Express Franklin (615) 499-5292. There are also many great hotels + airbnb’s located in downtown Nashville and Franklin.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

We won’t be serving alcohol at the wedding, and we ask that guests not bring any alcohol on site. Don’t worry—there will still be plenty of delicious food and drinks to enjoy while we celebrate together!

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

We want everyone to enjoy the meal! Please let us know about any dietary restrictions or allergies when you RSVP, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Can we take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We’re having an unplugged ceremony, which means all guests are asked to please keep phones and cameras away. We’ll have a professional photographer capturing every moment, and we can’t wait to share the photos with you!

How do I RSVP and by when?

Answer

Please RSVP by May 15th on our Zola website or by scanning the QR code found on your physical invitation. Your timely RSVP helps us finalize our guest list and plan for a wonderful celebration. Thank you!

What happens if it rains?

Answer

Thankfully, both the ceremony and reception are fully indoors, and the breezeway is covered. If it rains, you’ll stay dry and comfortable.
