Is there a dress code?

Dress Code: Elegant Semi-Formal >>> We want everyone looking and feeling absolutely fabulous for our double celebration! The dress code for our Christian ceremony and reception is Elegant Semi-Formal, we kindly ask that outfits stay modest and ceremony-appropriate. >>>> Keep In mind our wedding is in the Fall so autumn colors are welcomed!! (our Bridesmaids will be wearing Terracotta tho keep that in mind lol) >>>> wedding ceremony and reception is inside but we may be taking photos with the scenery outside and it may be chilly so keep that in mind when picking out your outfits

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

For now Doors will open at 2:00 PM! Come on in, find a great seat, and say a quick hello to friends and family. We will let everyone get settled in, and our ceremony will begin shortly after. We can't wait to see you there!

Where to Stay?

We have recommended affordable hotels in Spartanburg, SC (less than 10 minutes from our venue, Lakeside Venue at Pioneer) if you want a quick drive after the reception. We also listed options in Forest City, NC if you are coming in early and prefer to stay right near us! You'll find this information under the Travel section!

Flying In?

Answer

Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT) is about an hour away and is your best option for cheap, direct flights—plus, it is the easiest spot for us to come pick you up! If you prefer a shorter drive and aren't coordinating a ride with us, Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport (GSP) is a wonderful, easy airport just 25 minutes from the venue.

How should I get to the venue if I am staying in Forest City?

Answer

Lakeside Venue at Pioneer is located in Spartanburg, SC, which is about 1 hour away drive from Forest City. Since rideshares like Uber and Lyft are not reliably available in our local areas, we highly recommend carpooling Or a car rental

Please submit your RSVP by September 14, 2026. Because we are personally coordinating and organizing every single detail of our wedding ourselves, having our final headcount locked in early is incredibly helpful to us.
