Question

How many guests are included with my invitation?

Answer

We would love to have all of our dearest family and friends to share our special day, but due to venue capacity restrictions, we will have to limit the number of guest. We have included an RSVP Card enclosed with your invitation. You will find listed on the RSVP the number of seats we have reserved in your honor as our special guest. It is important as we continue to plan, that we ask you to kindly RSVP by July 25, 2025 to save your reservation.

How do I RSVP?

Answer

There are several ways to let us know you're planning to celebrate with us. RSVP through our website is the preferred method, by clicking on the RSVP tab. You can also RSVP by scanning the QR Code on the back of your invitation or by emailing us at j.a.jasper0901@gmail.com. Please include the name of all the guest that will be attending.

How do I let you know of any dietary restrictions?

Answer

Simple. Email the bride and groom, by July 25, 2025, at j.a.jasper0901@gmail.com. In your email, include any special dietary request such as allergies, gluten free or dairy sensitivities. Our Chef will prepare an individual meal to meet your specific needs.

What is the Dress Code?

Answer

Semi-Formal Attire. We ask that you wear semi-formal attire such as a cocktail-length dress, floor-length dress, dressy separates or a suit and tie. Ladies, please choose your favorite soft evening or pastel colors. Please note that the venue does not permit blue jeans or tennis shoes.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please plan to arrive at 4:00 PM to allow yourself enough time to park, sign our registry and find your seat. The Ceremony will promptly begin at 4:30 PM. Guest arriving after this time will be ask to kindly wait for the bridal party to enter the ceremony before being seated.

Will there be an open bar that the reception?

Answer

Signature Cocktails will be provided beginning with the Cocktail Hour and throughout the Reception. Specialty drinks, beer, and wine will be available for purchase at the cash bar.

Will I be allowed to take pictures/video?

Answer

Our ceremony will be "Unplugged." Our wish is for you to be fully present with us during the ceremony. We have hired a professional photography team that will be here to capture every moment. We are paying him well, so he promises to share the pictures with us. Photos and video are welcomed at the reception. We hope you will share all the funny ones and treasured pictures with us.

Can I share photos/video on Social Media Platforms?

Answer

We kindly request that no pictures are posted on any Social Media Platform until the Bride and Groom have had the opportunity to post that Special "First Photo" together.
