How do I RSVP?

Please RSVP through our wedding website by clicking the RSVP tab, entering your first and last name, and indicating whether you (and members of your party) will be attending.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Due to space constraints, we can only accommodate named guests on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding.

Are our children invited to the wedding?
Answer
While we love little ones, our wedding is an adults-only event. We hope that you understand and are still able to join us on our special day.

What is the address of the ceremony and reception venue?
Answer
The wedding and the reception take place at the Boulders at the Black Canyon Inn, which is located at 800 Macgregor Ave, Estes Park, CO 80517. You can also find this in the Schedule tab of the website.

Is there anything we should know about the altitude?
Answer
Estes Park sits at about 7,500 feet above sea level. If you’re coming from lower elevations, we recommend drinking extra water and, if possible, arriving a day or two early to acclimate.

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at any nearby hotels?
Answer
Yes, we have reserved blocks of rooms at the Holiday Inn Estes Park. Please refer to the Hotels and Accommodations page for the hotel block link and additional information.

Will transportation be provided to and from the venue?
Answer
Shuttle service will be available on the date of the wedding from the Holiday Inn to and from the venue. Additional details are provided on the Schedule page. There is limited parking at the venue, so consider taking an Uber or the shuttle. **Estes Park is a small town, so Uber availability may be extremely limited**

What time should I arrive for the wedding?

Please plan to arrive a half hour prior to ceremony (ceremony starts promptly at 4:30pm).

Will there be any vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free or special diet options?
Answer
Yes! You’ll find an open response box at the bottom of the Ceremony/Reception RSVP page where you can list any dietary restrictions.
