Spa Amenities
Answer
All guests are welcome to enjoy the saunas and hot tubs located at Wellspring Resort for free as part of our wedding guest amenities during your stay. Only 4 guests allowed at a time in the hot tubs. It will be first come first serve basis on availability as they do not require reservations since the resort will be rented out for only our wedding guests during this time. You may also schedule a massage at their spa during your stay but this is not an included wedding guest amenity, you will need to call and schedule in advance.

What should I wear to the wedding?
Answer
Garden attire dress code. We ask that women opt for light and airy dresses in florals or pastel colors with sandals or flat shoewear. Heels are not recommended due to all events being held outdoors. We ask that men opt for button downs with khakis/dress pants or a suit in lighter hues. Please no denim jeans, shorts, tennis shoes or casual wear. *Please be aware that typical temperatures for the venue location in July is 60-70 degrees. Dress appropriately*

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP by May 1, 2025, if an RSVP is not received by this time you will be assumed as not attending and you will not be allotted accommodations for your stay or dinner.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
To ensure we can accommodate all guests comfortably within the venue's capacity, we ask that only invited guests attend our wedding festivities. If you received a plus one it will be addressed on your invitation.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
We kindly ask that phones and cameras are put away during our wedding ceremony. We would appreciate not seeing any personal phones or camers in our professional photos that will be taken during this time.

Phone Service PSA
Answer
Phone service may be very minimal at the resort depending on your phone provider. We recommend coming prepared with a download or print of the resort map and directions to the resort.

Are you registered? Where?
Answer
We are not doing any gift registries - Honeymoon fund donations would be greatly appreciated instead of a physical gift. Donate on the Registry page of our website or directly to our Venmo: Abigail-Tyler-25

Are kids welcome?
Answer
Kids are welcome! But please be mindful that certain cabins/areas at the resort are not kid friendly due to landscape/water dangers and the resort has restrictions set on these areas. If you are traveling with children - we have considered this and already assigned you to a kid friendly cabin during your stay.

Are Pets Allowed?
Answer
We would love for your fur babies to be able to join us but unfortunately, Wellspring Spa is not able to accommodate pets. Please make other arrangements for your pets during your stay.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Please let us know in advance of any food allergies so we can make our caterer aware and plan accordingly for your meals.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
There are designated parking areas that will be available at the resort - please refer to the map of the resort that will show these areas for you.
