"The Bourbon Boat" Kentucky River Tours

One of our favorite things about Frankfort is living near the Kentucky River! This boat lets you see some beautiful views and learn about the history of Kentucky Bourbon, all while tasting as you go! Prices range between $30-50 a person.

Salato Wildlife Education Center

Salato Wildlife Center is one of our favorite places to visit! We usually stroll around the grounds on a random Saturday, looking at all the animals and ecosystems. There's something for everyone there!

Rail Explorers: Bluegrass Division

This is on our to-do list! A great family activity that lets you see the beautiful country side of Kentucky. You pedal (or use the motor) to cruise along old railroad tracks in a rail bike!

Josephine Sculpture Park

This is a great place to wander around and see some cool artwork! Free to the public and open dusk to dawn.
