When is the RSVP deadline?

We kindly ask that you RSVP by July 1, 2026.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We kindly request formal attire. We’d love to see everyone dressed up - suits or jackets, and long dresses or cocktail dresses are all welcome! Our evening celebration will take place outdoors under a fully floored tent.

Where are the ceremony and reception?

Answer

The ceremony will take place at St. Cecilia Church in Bartelso, Illinois. Cocktail hour and dinner will follow at the Germantown Legion. Please join us afterward at Gerdes Lake for an evening of drinks, dancing, and celebration!

Is the reception indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Cocktail hour and dinner will be indoors at the Germantown Legion. The evening celebration at Gerdes Lake will be outdoors under a tent.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Limited shuttle service will be available for out-of-town guests staying at the Marriott SpringHill Suites. Please visit the Travel tab for shuttle timing details.

Is transportation provided between locations?

Answer

Transportation will not be provided, so guests should plan to drive between locations. Parking will be available at both the Germantown Legion and Gerdes Lake. Guests will be guided to parking upon arrival at Gerdes Lake.

Please note any dietary restrictions when submitting your RSVP, and we will do our best to accommodate.
