If you are able to RSVP when you receive your invitation - that is great and very helpful! Our last day to RSVP is July 27th, 2025. Our vendors require us to provide head-counts by this date, and any unanswered RSVP’s will be counted as “No”. Thank you for understanding!
We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. Your invitation will be made out to “(Your Name) & Guest” if a plus one has been given to you.
Due to limited numbers, we hope you appreciate that children are only invited if named. Your invitation will be made out to “The (Your Last Name) Family” if your children have been invited and “Mr. & Mrs.” if only you and your significant other have been invited.
We have hired very talented professionals to capture our day! Although we appreciate that you might want to snap some pictures - we kindly ask that you honor our ‘unplugged’ ceremony. We will make sure to share lots of pictures and videos with you after the wedding! If you would like to take pictures/videos the rest of the day - please do so! Yes! When looking for footwear please keep in mind the soft grass and maybe rethink stiletto heels. Feel free to bring out your cowboy/cowgirl boots! As the evening progresses it may get a bit cool, we recommend bringing a light jacket.
We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! We are requesting cocktail attire (semi-formal) for our wedding.
Yes, there is plenty of parking! A map of the farm will be included in your invitation. A golf cart shuttle will be available from parking to the barn.
The ceremony will begin at 4:15pm. Please arrive at least 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to park and find your seat.
Our reception will end at 10pm! Make sure to grab your sparkler for our send-off at 10:15pm!!
Yes, the drinks are on us and the hangover is on you - get ready to celebrate! Please drink responsibly, and plan for transportation accordingly! Your safety is our highest priority.
We will be supplying alcohol and have a bartending service who will be handling the beverages. Due to venue policy and regulations, you are not allowed to any other alcoholic beverages onto the premises.
A complimentary shuttle service will be available to and from the wedding venue. The shuttle will operate from 3:30 PM to 11:00 PM.
