We first met during orientation at our school not knowing what we were going to become for one another. After talking many times during school, we found that many dreams and goals in life were attractive to one another. It was never love at first sight but rather a journey of many late night conversations. After about several months of growing very close both of us felt that we were to separate and grow with our Father. This seemed like the end of our relationship but in God's eyes, it was just the beginning. The both of us never talked to one another for the next four months. We believed that it was something that was good to have but not to continue. God was bigger than our beliefs and the lie that we accepted. The Father shared to the both of us during those months that He has great plans for our relationship. Upon hearing from Him that we are going to get married to each other, we both laughed and brushed it off. When February arrived so did a new sense of passion and boldness come. We both grew with the Lord and were more open to what He had to say. That is when the fifteenth came and surprised the both of us. We finally talked to one another and continued to do so. Hangouts and group events were attended together before the official day. Two months of building a friendship until the Lord pushed it further. Now April came, with a gift that neither of us won't forget. April seventh was the day we went to a botanic garden and that is when a new title came with our relationship. Myself (Taiban), confessed my growing feelings to the Miss Abigail. She shared similar feelings and that opened a new path together. Walks, cooking, and going out were our favorite things to do during this season of our relationship. We laughed and cried together while the Lord was working the relationship for His glory. We had talks about what we want in time of growing together when we finally hit the marriage subject. We both knew but it was still something we had to talk about. The visions we had of getting married were shared and found that there were similarities on how we should do the wedding. Hours passed with that conversation and brought the next push of our relationship. August fifteenth was the special day it was set in stone. Taiban proposed to me (Abigail) and it did not feel real. Dating was already a dream come true, but the sights of getting married just seemed too dreamy. Only four months of dating and now we were going to get married. What a thrill it has been for us, and such a growing season. Working together and learning that we are two different sides on the same coin. We are excited to share the memories of our wedding. You are the ones that get to see the next step, the next chapter, and new path our journey.
