We're getting married!

They met the way many people did in 2020—online. After months of texting and endless hours on FaceTime, Abby finally agreed to go on the first date Shane had been hoping for all along. After much back-and-forth over where to go, they decided on Applebee's. Little did they know, that simple choice would mark the beginning of something beautiful. One date turned into many, and just a few months later, they made it official. Almost four years later, on February 29, 2024, Shane got down on one knee and asked Abby to spend forever with him. Although she realized they'd only get to celebrate their engagement every four years, she eagerly said yes. Now, as they plan their wedding, they’re filled with excitement for the new chapter ahead.
