As our ceremony will take place in a church, we kindly ask that phones not be used or taken out during this sacred time. If a phone is taken out during the ceremony, you will be kindly asked to put it away. Once the ceremony has ended, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you’d like!
Yes! There will be parking available at the venue. We’ll provide directions and any special instructions closer to the date.
This is a formal event and we would love to see our friends and family dressed up with us! There will be a black tie optional dress code in place for the wedding. For women, this includes formal midi or full length dresses. For men, suits and tuxedos would be appropriate. Feel free to wear whatever color you like, but please NO WHITE.
The venue is elegant and formal, so we kindly ask guests to dress accordingly. You can RSVP as soon as you'd like! Please make sure to RSVP “yes” or “no” by September 1, 2026. This allows us to give our vendors an accurate count prior to the wedding. When submitting your RSVP, please do so directly with the bride and groom only—not with any of the newlyweds’ family members.
To avoid being late or missing any part of the ceremony, we recommend arriving 15–30 minutes early to ensure time for parking and finding your seat. Please try to be seated before the bride and bridal party walk in to minimize any disruptions. Additionally, no children are allowed at the ceremony. We have hired a wonderful team of professional vendors to help make our day run smoothly, including photographers, videographers, coordinators, caterers, and more. We kindly ask that all direction and requests be left to the bride and groom. Our vendors will be following a detailed timeline and instructions to ensure everything flows perfectly. Please treat all vendors with kindness, respect, and patience. They are working hard to create a beautiful experience for everyone and truly appreciate being spoken to politely and treated kindly throughout the event.
Yes! At the venue, we will have a QR code available for everyone to scan and upload their pictures to a shared website. Feel free to take as many photos as you’d like after the ceremony and upload every memory you capture so we can all enjoy them together!
Yes! We will be having a special grand entrance at the reception. Once we begin walking in, the venue doors will be closed and no one will be able to enter until our entrance is complete. To make sure you don’t miss it, please plan to arrive on time. We’ll share the exact timing as the big day gets closer!
