Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes. Ceremony parking will be located in the front lot of the church. Reception parking can be found in the left side lot of Patton's. Overflow street parking will be available along Cleveland Avenue.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

To help us get started as scheduled, we recommend you arrive 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is seated on time. We kindly ask that if you are running late, please enter through the side doors of the Church.

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Please dress in Mass-appropriate attire, such tea- or full-length dresses for ladies and suits or dress shirts with slacks for gentlemen. Please no jeans.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be taking place indoors. The reception venue will include both indoor and outdoor seating options.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the wedding party will be taking pictures at the church for around half an hour. Guests can head straight to the reception hall where the bar will be open for arrivals.

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

Due to space restrictions, we respectfully request an adults-only reception for guests ages 15 and up. Exceptions for this will apply to immediate family only. For additional inquiries, please contact either the bride or groom directly.

Am I allowed to take photos during your wedding ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you keep our wedding "unplugged" and refrain from taking any photos or videos during our wedding ceremony. We want our guests to truly be in the moment with us during this special day. Please refrain from any and all cell phone use during Mass. We invite you to relax and enjoy the moment with us; please leave the camera work to our professional photographers.

Can I share ceremony and reception photos online after the event?

Answer

We kindly ask that you keep our ceremony off social medial and refrain from sharing photos online until we share our official photos.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We recommend the Holiday Inn Express in Slidell for any of our guests who are traveling from out of town. Information for this hotel can be found on the "Travel" tab of our website.
