Is there a shuttle?

Answer

YES! There is a shuttle to and from Hotel Zero Degrees to the Candlewood Inn loading from 4:20PM and departing at 4:30PM to arrive for cocktail hour at 5PM and then making the return to the Hotel loading at 10PM and departing at 10:10PM. There is not a shuttle to and from the ceremony in Bedford, NY.

What should I do between the ceremony and cocktail hour?

Answer

There is a bit of time between the two events. Feel free to head to the Hotel Zero Degrees lobby and bar to relax and freshen up before heading over to the cocktail hour or hopping onto the shuttle!

What should I wear?

Answer

The wedding dress code is black tie optional! The couple is hoping to capture a lively night full of color so don't be shy going bold with your color choices. Please no white!

Where should guests park?

Answer

There is free and accessible parking at the church, the reception and the hotel!

Are children welcome at the wedding?

Answer

As much as we love everyone's little ones this will be a child free event!

Will there be food available if I have a dietary restriction?

Answer

Yes! If you RSVP'd online and did not include your dietary restrictions please let Abby or Richie know. The venue can acommodate any allergies. There are already dinner options for vegetarians but if you are Gluten Free or have another allergy please let the couple know so the venue can be prepared!
