Rex & Abigail met at Pensacola Christian College during the spring semester of Rex’s sophomore year & Abigail’s freshman year while volunteering at the college’s blood drive. From then on, a fast friendship grew. Once they were reunited for the following fall semester, that friendship became a loving relationship. On October 6th of 2018 during a quick trip to Chicago for his brother’s wedding, Rex got down on one knee in the beautiful fern room of the Lincoln Park Conservatory and asked Abigail to marry him. She said yes! Since graduating in May of this year, the couple has been busying themselves with new jobs, wedding planning, and apartment hunting. After the wedding, the couple will be living in northwest Indiana.
