Yes! We will have a hotel room block at the JW Marriot Dallas Arts District Hotel and Dallas Marriot Downtown. The room block codes can be found under the 'Travel' tab of this website.
Yes, buses will be provided and are encouraged to be used for all transportation throughout the night! Due to limited parking at Perkins Chapel, all guests are asked to park at the JW Marriott Dallas prior to the ceremony. Complimentary valet service will be available. Shuttle buses will provide round-trip transportation between the hotel, the ceremony, and the reception at the Arts District Mansion. Buses will depart from the JW Marriott promptly at 5:45pm to head to Perkins Chapel. Kindly arrive early to allow time for valet and boarding.
If you are arriving directly to the reception venue, you may valet at the Arts District Mansion. The entry for the complimentaty valet is on Olive Street.
