FAQs

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan on arriving at St. Dominic Catholic Church for the ceremony at 2:30pm. The ceremony will start promptly at 3:00pm. If you are staying at the hotel, we will have transportation to and from the ceremony/reception.

Question

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

To ensure we can accommodate all of our guests, we kindly ask that only those formally invited attend our wedding festivities. Your invitation will indicate your party size, including whether a plus one has been included.

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

As much as we love little ones, we've decided to make our wedding an adults-only celebration. We hope this gives everyone a chance to relax, enjoy the evening, and celebrate with us!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is black-tie optional. While tuxes and floor length gowns are preferred, they are not required. If men prefer not to wear a tuxedo, they should wear a formal, dark (black, charcoal) suit and tie. Ladies should wear a floor-length gown, ankle-length dress, or an elegant jumpsuit in a formal fabric. Feel free to have fun with colors!

Question

Is transportation provided?

Answer

Yes, shuttles will pick up our guests at the hotels listed on our 'Travel' page at 2:00pm for the ceremony, return you to your hotel, and pickup at 5:30pm for the reception. There will be shuttles at the end of the evening.

Question

What should we do between the ceremony and the reception?

Answer

As there is a 2 hour break between the end of the ceremony and the start of the reception, we recommend taking the time to recharge before the festivities begin! This may mean relaxing in your hotel room, grabbing a cup of coffee, or stopping by a local bar.
